I have worked in the public and private health systems or over 43 years as a nurse, midwife and educator. In 1999 I widened my professional experience to include pastoral care and chaplaincy work, at the same time studying towards what has been a long time personal goal – to obtain a formal qualification to work as a counsellor, which I successfully achieved in 2006.

Now my focus turns to relationship and marriage counsellor practicing as an advanced accredited Imago Therapist where I help couples reconnect and establish better communication strategies for a more sustaining relationship. As my practice is based in Brisbane’s north, I typically work with couples from Brisbane’s northern suburbs including Redcliffe, Boondall, Nundah, Virginia, Chermside and Chermside West.
